We use a simple hybrid model that protects your budget and also rewards both of us when your event thrives.

Every event includes a minimum rental fee + a small percentage of ticket sales.

This keeps your initial costs manageable while giving you unlimited earning potential.

Photography add-ons are available to elevate your retreat and provide gorgeous images for your participants or yourself.

Base Rental: $100

One of the most unique advantages of hosting your event at Kaleidoscope House is the opportunity to add professional photography at deeply discounted, collaborator-only rates.

Most retreat venues don’t offer photography at all, and when facilitators hire outside photographers, coverage can easily run $600–$1,500+.

Because Kaleidoscope House is also home to a professional photographer, we’re able to offer special pricing that makes high-quality imagery accessible for you and your guests.

These add-ons turn your event into a lasting, visual story at a rate you won’t find anywhere else.
